How To Book a Airport Transfer

If you are planning a trip, will help you find the best private transfer from the airport to the hotel and vice versa in just a few minutes.

1. Choose a route

Start typing pick-up and drop-off locations in the search form and choose it in the list. When you are done, click the Find transfer button to see the available options.

2. Choose vehicle type

Each transfer type is provided with the information about the number of passengers, luggage capacity and price. Children are counted as passengers. The price doesn’t depend on the number of passengers or date. Choose the necessary option and click the Book transfer button to proceed with the booking.

3. Specify your route details

Specify your flight number and hotel address. If you don’t know flight number, type departure city name. If you go from the airport, specify arrival time according to your ticket. If you go to the airport, take in consideration 3 hours before the flight departure and transfer duration.

Specify total number of passengers, including children. If you travel with children, book also childseats. If you need to book a round trip, specify the return date.

Type name for the nameplate, your contact email and mobile phone number. Your phone number will be useful if the driver doesn’t find you in the pick-up point.

4. Make a prepayment

You need to pay a small part or full payment to book a car transfer. The remaining balance should be paid to the driver upon arrival. You also can make full payment in advance or book without prepayment. All payments are made via Visa and Mastercard. These are the most secure and convenient ways of online-payment.

In case of cancellation at least 24 hours before the trip your prepayment will be fully refunded.

As soon as you finish the prepayment, your booking will be confirmed and the transfer will be booked. A message with your order details (voucher) will be sent to your e-mail. Please, print the voucher and take it with you.

5. The driver will meet you

The driver will meet you at the specified time. He will monitor your flight arrival according to its number. He will have your phone number, and you will have his phone number also. He will contact you, if necessary. You should also communicate him if you arrive earlier or later.

You should pay the remaining balance to the driver in cash as soon as you arrive to the drop-off point.

Changes and Cancellations

In case of emergency changes (changes in time or place, delayed flights, custom delays, etc.) simply call and inform your driver. If you find mistakes in your voucher and want them to be changed, contact our manager. We will make corrections and send you a confirmation e-mail accompanied by a new voucher.

If your plans change, you can always cancel your order. You can do this by following the cancellation link in your confirmation e-mail. If you cancel your order no later than 24 hours before the trip, your payment will be fully refunded within business days.
